01How is junk removal priced?
By volume, meaning the space your items take up on the truck, not by weight. Text us a photo and you'll usually have a price within a few minutes. That price is set before we start and doesn't change once work begins.
02What items do you accept?
Most household and commercial junk: furniture, mattresses, appliances, yard waste, boxes, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, construction debris, concrete and dirt. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you.
03What items can't you take?
Paint, chemicals and other hazardous materials can't go in a general load, and some items can't legally be hauled at all. Tires and some electronics need special handling, which is noted in your quote.
04Do I have to move items to the curb first?
No. We do all the lifting from wherever the items are: the garage, the attic or an upstairs bedroom. Curbside items are quicker to remove, so moving things down yourself can lower your price.
05How quickly can you come out?
Same-day service is often available. Call or text early in the day for the best chance at a same-day pickup.
06Which towns do you serve?

07Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the items are accessible and your price is agreed in advance, we can handle the pickup while you're away. Just let us know when you book.
08Can you remove just a single item?
Yes. One couch, one fridge or one hot tub: send a photo and we'll quote it.
09Is cleanup included?
Yes. When we're done loading, we sweep up the area so you're left with clean, usable space.
10How do I pay?
Payment is collected once the job is finished and you're happy with it. Ask about accepted payment methods when you book.
